Record constant-current or other drive methods, current and voltage for every channel. Keep inputs reproducible, distinguishing brief tests from continuous operation.
Record the Thermal Path
Record substrate mounting, thermal interfaces, heatsink and airflow. Use consistent mounting for comparisons so interface differences do not distort results.
Wait for Stable Operation
Run continuously in the intended environment and observe temperature and output changes. Agree measurement positions, settling time and criteria around the specifications and application.
